How it works:

2-4pm once a month at Moreyoga Wandsworth

You can drop-in for any length of time between 2-4pm

(stay for 10 mins, stay for 2 hours - totally up to you!)

  • The studio is open for you to practice as you would like

    • practice solo with your own flow (feel free to watch a yoga vid)

    • practice yogi skills with friends

    • practice a specific skill (arm balance, inversion, backbends, etc)

  • I am on hand to give you guidance - you can come with a specific skill in mind and I can help with instruction, adjustments or drills to practice.

  • You have full use of the equipment: blocks, belts and bolsters. There will also be a yoga wheel available for you to have a play with too!

    Why a Yoga Open Session?

  • Often we think we’ll make time to do yoga at home, but it can be tricky and distracting. This is a dedicated space and time for you to show up in a helpful environment and to be around other yogis.

Please note - this is NOT a fully taught class, but I will be there and very much happy to help as much as you’d like!

I’d love to start building a little yogi community too, so after 4pm if you’d like to stay then we can go for a coffee or drink and make some new pals!
